Lying on your back with your head on a pillow, bend one knee and move the foot on that leg to the outside about five inches. Place the arm on this side on the opposite shoulder and relax that arm. Put your opposite hand on your stomach. On the side where the knee is bent, lift your buttocks; torso and shoulder uniformly form the floor. Lower the opposite shoulder toward your hip an inch or two before lifting the torso.
Relax in this position and remain in it for one to five minutes. Stay longer if you feel you stomach growling. Repeat this pose on the other side.
This exercise is good for frozen shoulders, allergies, indigestion, depression and fatigue.
